Research On The Mode And Practice Of Building Blocks Driven By Cultural Creativity

With the continuous progress of society,people begin to pursue spiritual satisfaction after the basic material needs are being satisfied,The upgrade of spiritual and cultural needs is not only reflected in the psychological but also reflected in the spiritualization of basic necessities,"spirit economy" is to promote the change of social structure,cultural creativity also has been integrated into all walks of life,showing a diversified interactive state,promoting the transformation and upgrading of city blocks through cross-border integration,promoting the flow of the cultural and creative resources and building blocks resources,accelerating the upgrading of the city district has become the consensus of the whole society,the architecture makes the city great and the culture makes the city great,taking culture and creativity as a medium to promote the modern living environment and neighborhood construction,is an effective means of highlighting the characteristics of the city.Based on the actual situation and objective fact of Cat Block on Ding'aozai Road of Xiamen,field investigation,interviews,analyses and studies of the realistic difficulties that Cat Block encounters during its creation process were carried out.Next,the mode of using cultural creativity to drive the block creation was proposed in this thesis,so as to effectively solve the development difficulties of Cat Block and improve its cultural value.From the perspective of design science,multi-disciplinary theories were integrated in this thesis.On the basis of human-oriented creation idea,this subject took requirements and expectations of different receivers into consideration from multiple aspects.Combined with public participation,visual image development,upgrading and transformation of infrastructure or other forms,a gentle development method blended design ideas and culture creativity into the upgrading of the block.Therefore,the sustainability of life in the block is reconsidered;the senses of belonging and identity of residents and merchants in the block are raised;regional culture innovation can also be enhanced when the cultural construction is strengthened.Besides,through actual case analysis,the method of using cultural creativity to mobilize block creation as well as the feasibility of approaches and of theories were verified.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research significance and methods and so on;the second chapter mainly introduces the cross-border fusion of cultural creation and neighborhood creation and the creative way of cultural creative driving blocks,and makes a horizontal and vertical classification of the current creative blocks;the third chapter analyzes the catastrophe of cat street and its practical predicament based on the actual case of "Xiamen Cat Street",combs the train of thought,develop countermeasure and design application of cat street reconstruction,which proves the enforceability of culture creativity driven blocks by real case;the fourth chapter takes the third chapter as the foundation to make the path and the measure of the culture creativity driven blocks.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the character and the core orientation of the blocks creation of culture creativity,and constructs the model theory of the driving block.
