In recent years,China’s cultural industry has been developing fast and trend to multiple industry integration under the support of national policy.Cultural and creative concept continues to permeate all areas and rejuvenate the traditional industry.It becomes a new economic growth and promotes the optimization and upgrading of cultural industries.In order to deal with the transformation of consumption mode and consumption demand in the Internet era,urban characteristic blocks which are important windows of urban culture exhibition are developing with cultural and creative elements.However,in the process of transformation,regional development is unbalanced for lacking theoretical guidance.Cultural traits are not identical and managements are vague.Based on the analysis of the development status of the block part,we propose to create a culture of IP.This is the development of cultural and creative products exhibition block cultural image.It highlights the block and upgrades the cultural and creative elements and characteristic of city blocks.We will combine the cultural creation elements and upgrading of identical block to promote and accelerate the block economic growth.With the IP business development strategy and the theory of product design,taking Hefei AS1980 jar street block as an example,basing on the block conditions,current problems,cultural resources,audience consumer analysis,clear blocks IP and creative product types,we extract the IP design elements to the cultural and creative products.And we will make products into the market,collect market evaluation,through the questionnaire survey and the actual research method of consumer feedbacks as well as other data analyze to verify the IP and create the product development to block activation popularity and accelerate the transformation and development of the block method of reliability,provide with direction for the transformation of other country characteristics block upgrade.
