As the country's automobile production has risen sharply,people rely more and more on cars,and cars have a direct and important impact on people's daily life.In addition to meeting the basic usage requirements of people,the rapid development of science and technology makes it possible for cars to meet people's higher requirements in terms of energy saving,environmental protection,safety and comfort.Among the major traffic accidents that take place each year in the country,12.6% of the accidents are caused by drivers' misuse of accelerators as brakes under immense pressure in emergency situations.Nowadays,car manufacturers have not developed an electronic throttle control system that prevents drivers from mistaking an accelerator as a brake.And this hidden danger has not been solved yet.Targeted at the problem,based on CAN bus network and combined with mechanical device,this paper designs an more perfect and applicable automobile electronic throttle control system,which is composed of the following components--a mechanical device preventing drivers from pressing accelerator pedal mistakenly,a throttle control module,a speed/engine speed monitoring module,an injector module,a load monitoring module,driving gradient monitoring module and an electronic throttle valve module.In this system,in order to effectively reduce the quantity of the automotive wiring harness so that space can be saved and increase the efficiency of information transmission efficiency can be increased,CAN bus network is used to realize the communication among the various modules.What's more,the mechanical device is connected with the circuit in this system,so when the driver stepped on the accelerator pedal mistakenly,the brake pedal starts and the acceleration signal of accelerator pedal is cut off,thus the car stops.In addition,this paper also designs the the S-curve control algorithm;the combination of automobile driving conditions collected by each module in the system and the S-curve control algorithm can be use to realize the accurate control of the throttle valve as well as the fast control of acceleration and deceleration of the car.At last,the CAN bus of the automobile electronic throttle control system is tested and the S curve control algorithm in the system was simulated by MATLAB.It is shown that both the test result and the simulation result meet the design requirements.
