| Electronic Throttle Control System(ETCS)is an advanced technology in the electronic control of automobile engine,which plays an important role in improving vehicle stability,safety,economy and reducing exhaust emissions.ETCS still has great room for improvement in intellectualization.On the one hand,its control strategy needs to consider more factors.On the other hand,it still needs to be continuously optimized in the direction of fault diagnosis and protection mechanism.In this thesis,the intelligent electronic throttle control system is researched and designed from two aspects of driving population and driving environment.The main contents of the thesis include:(1)The research status and development trend of electronic throttle at home and abroad are analyzed,and the system composition and working principle of electronic throttle are mainly introduced,which lays the foundation for the design of intelligent electronic throttle control system.(2)Function design of intelligent electronic throttle control system,including driving mode selection,one-button calibration of accelerator pedal sensor,fault diagnosis,brake priority system and upper computer monitoring functions.(3)The main chip,electronic throttle body and accelerator pedal components are selected,and the hardware and software of the system are designed modularize-ed.Incremental PID is selected as the control algorithm of intelligent electronic throttle control system.(4)By using Lab VIEW development platform,an upper computer front panel interface and program was designed.The host computer communicates with the controller through serial port,which realizes the functions of optional driving mode,real-time monitoring of each sensor signal and fault diagnosis display.(5)An experimental platform was built to verify and evaluate the function of the designed intelligent electronic throttle control system,and the step from small to large electronic throttle opening and the step from large to small as well as the following experimental results of the electronic throttle opening sine curve were analyzed.The experimental results prove that the intelligent electronic throttle control system designed in this paper achieves the expected design goal. |
