In these recent years,as people expecting better safety,comfort and fuel economy of automotive,the traditional mechanical type of throttle has already been unable to meet these requirements.Whereas,with the development of science and technology,especially of intelligent control,the electrical throttle system welcome new opportunity and challenges.Electronic throttle control demand is based on accelerator pedal that gives the engine power demand and engine controller integrates other vehicle facilities' power need,and then throttle controller gives throttle percentage signal to achieve best throttle control.Based on the analysis of the reset spring,friction,intake flow and other non-liner throttle structure,this paper has established the mathematical model of the throttle,including DC motor,sensor and throttle actuators.At the same time,this paper has also designed integral separating PID controller and PID-Type cloud model controller,and made the simulation based on Matlab/Simulink.As a result,PID-Type cloud model controller is superior to the integral separation PID controller concerning overshoot,response time and also has stronger robustness and adaptability.Built on the simulation of Matlab/Simulink,this paper has designed an electronic throttle controller based on Mc9S12G128,achieved fruits on integral PID control algorithm,PID-Type cloud model control algorithm and software development of the throttle system.As a result,the controller algorithm on this paper can achieve expected control effect and further verify that the throttle control strategy is fast,effective and stable.
