With the development of electronic technology,electronic throttle has become an important electronic device for automobile engine,and has gradually replaced the mechanical throttleand to be widely used in various forms of the car.The research of electronic throttle technology has become the focus of the automotive industry in various countries.With the continuous improvement of people's demands for traffic safety and driving experience,the functional electronic throttle system able to both protect the vehicle safety and power becomes very important.In the driving process,when the vehicle needs to brake in the event of an emergency,the driver is prone to mistakenly step the accelerator pedal as the brake pedal because of nervous.If this situation can not be identified quickly and take measures to deal with,it will lead to serious traffic accidents.This article imitated the situation under different conditions and designed an intelligent electronic control system recognized the accelerator pedal been depressed acceleration as to the identification signal with the function of anti-mistakenly stepped on the accelerator.To prevent the driving safety by setting the threshold,preventing the accelerator response and starting the brake system when it judged mistakenly stepped on the accelerator pedal.In addition,because the electronic throttle system can't directly control the solar term valve through the pull.The time of its data transmission and processing will lead to a certain throttle response delay,and give the driver acceleration weakness driving experience.And it may cause the accumulation of carbon in solar terms,engine performance been affected and other issues.Currently,the individually installed electronic throttle accelerator to eliminate throttle lag on the market usually take the way by improving the throttle response directly.The safety hazard caused by this method can not be ignored.Aimed at the phenomenon mentioned above,this article uses sensor which monitors obstacles in front of car as well as takes car speed into account,enhancing reaction capability of throttle to eliminate its hysteresis,and designed the throttle acceleration control mode under the different conditions,so as to achieve the elimination of throttle lag,improve the driver's driving experience effect under circumstances where safety can be guaranteed.To improve control accuracy,aimed at the nonlinear influence of the nonlinear elasticity,gear clearance and airflow damping force which the throttle valve be affected,this article established the mathematical model and adopted the fuzzy PID control method which is more precise than the traditional control method to improve the control effect.The simulation model is built with the aid of Matlab/Simulink software platform.The design of intelligent electronic throttle control system cored with the MCU in hardware and software is also displayed in this article.The results show that the control effect compliance with the control requirements,the design can guarantee the realization of the system function.
