With a friendly interface and multifunctional application, micro computer-based anti-misoperation locking device is most important in the present anti-misoperation locking system installations usually used in electricity substations, which is easy to maintain, convenient to use, and widely distributed.Computer programmed, the locking rules of anti-misoperation based on microcomputer, is easier to compile and maintain than machine based and electric based anti-misoperation prevention, and it can carry out more complex locking method and better meet the safety requirement. But in the other side, in practical producing, there are some problems in the management and maintainess of the micro computer anti-misoperation locking schemes. First, lack of the unified standards, constructor or maintainer in some factory compile the locking schemes irregularly. Second, there are amount of checking and accepting work in the micro anti-misoperation locking schemes in substations, with low efficiency and poor effect, etcs. The correctness of the locking schemes can not be guaranteed. If there are something wrong with the blocking schemes and the anti-misoperation device run in danger, normal operations will not work smoothly, which will delay the power transmission time and recondition, and will influence the reliability of the power grid;the function of anti-misoperation will not work, and switching operation will lose the safety guarantee; even it will make some hidden trouble, which will cause an accident.To solve these problems, this paper made a study of the application of standardized locking rules of micro-computer based anti- misoperation in substation. First, an analysis of the requirement of anti-misoperation was made, and standardized rules were compiled to provide a standard to the anti-misoperation locking rule, based on the current rules of the manufacturers and the actural site in substations. Second, a research of a soft that could generate and check the inter-locking rules was made, which could write the anti-misoperation locking rules instead of human writing, and checking the anti-misoperation locking rules written by human.It’s the basic of application study to compile the standardized locking rules. Through analyzing the demands of some relevant documents, this paper presented three principles to compile locking rules, combined with the circuit breaker, disconnecto, grounding switch, ground wire, net door and other specific devices, and put forward a standardized rule formula. The software that can generate and check the anti-misoperation locking rules is an important tool to guarantee the correctness of the rules. The rules are dependent on the characteristics of the device and its position in the electric connection in substations and the intervals between each device. There are different types of intervals, because of different equipment and positions. the locking rules in the intervals of same type could be expressed by the general formula. The intervals formed the the main bus connection. The design idea of the software is to build a healthy database of classical intervals in substations, with the standard in it. A target substation could be created by retrieving the interval type from the database and put input the number of the gaps, and the standardized anti-misoperation locking rules are created.As for the classification of the intervals, there are some points should be noticed. First, the locking rules in the same position in same interval conform to the general formula; second, it’ should be convenient to use. The suffixes of the device ID of the interval of same type in same position are the same, with different interval number. A database of all the devices in the substation can be generated by just inputting the numbers of the intervals. This paper analyzed the interval types in two classical ground substations in Hengshui, including double- bus system, single bus with a tie, internal bridge connection and other main Connection mode, and line bay, main interval, bus-tie cell, pt interval, capacitor interval, grounding transformer and arc-suppression coil intervals.The software that studied to generate and check the anti-misoperation locking rules can replace the human work to create a substation quickly, and create the standardized anti-misoperation locking rules. Compared with the rules human written, it can judge which one is right, and output the checking results. That can improve the compiling of the anti-misoperation locking rules, the efficiency and quality of the checking work to guarantee the rightness of the rules, which can make sure the smoothly running of the anti-misoperation locking system in substation and the safety production of the power grid.
