The traditional safety management mainly depends on experiences and the style of man to man, whose administrative means area backward relatively. Unsafe incidents still occur for artificial causes frequently, which have brought unprecedented pressure to security of the aviation maintenance, just as which is a complex following activities and performances as heavy workload, bad work environment and uneven personnel quality. Facing the increasing throat-cutting competition of air transport industry and the aircraft maintenance, it is a realistic and urgent problem for every domestic airline that how to improve the existing security management and technical level to reduce the probability of error occurred authentically by adopting the advanced management concept and administration method.Following the concept of risk management, this paper based on the Reason Model and some theory of aviation maintenance to form a basic idea that aims to improve the safety management of aviation maintenance by using methods of factor analysis and fuzzy intergrated evaluation. Firstly, explain the research background and its meanings and review the frame of the paper and the innovations briefly, then, reviewe the theory of safe management of aviation maintenance and introduce the study of current theory about the aviation maintenance of artificial factors both at home and abroad and explain the general conception, types, and causes of aviation maintenance mistakes. Next, made a model of safe management of aviation maintenance based on risk management, and performed risk assessment of aviation maintenance mistakes and those causes based on the model of security management and conduct an risk assessment for the whole airline security. Then make countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of aviation safety management according to the upper analysis. Finally, the paper gives the summarization of the whole dissertation and pointes out the existing deficiencies and looks forward to future research.
