Research On Competitiveness Of Auto Parts Industry In Qingkou,Fuzhou

Automotive industry has become the most potential for growth of industrial clusters in our country.As the basis of the auto industry,auto parts is a necessary factor to support the sustained and healthy development of the automobile industry.In particular,the current automotive industry is in full swing to carry out.independent development and innovation,more needs a strong system of spare parts for support.Many provinces have chosen to develop automobile industry when choosing development industry in succession,automobile industry will also be listed as one of the pillar industries in Fujian province,formed with the center of Fuzhou and Xiamen vehicle and auto parts industry cluster.Fuzhou area has built the Qingkou automobile city which has South-East(Fujian)Automotive Industry Corporation and Fujian Daimler Automotive Company as the leading enterprises,clustering more than 170 parts and components enterprises around.Therefore,through the analysis and evaluation of the competitiveness of Fuzhou Qingkou automobile parts industry,to put forward suggestions to enhance the Qingkou Motor City auto parts industry competitiveness,so as to make the Fuzhou Qingkou automobile city to become stronger and bigger,serve the local economy,and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of auto parts industry to make a positive contribution.This article,combined with my own work practice and field investigation,first to describe the relevant theoretical basis systematically,focusing on summarizing competitiveness and industrial competitiveness of the relevant theory,in order to build a theoretical basis for the evaluation index system of industrial competitiveness.Secondly,based on the development status of Fuzhou Qingkou automobile parts industry,using the Potter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis,analyze the strategic environment of Fuzhou Qingkou auto parts industry systematically.Furthermore,this paper uses AHP to construct the evaluation of Fuzhou Qingkou auto parts industry competitiveness model,and form the evaluation system of the automobile parts industry competitiveness,set up three First-grade index and seventeen secondary index for quantitative evaluation of Fuzhou Qingkou automobile parts industry competitiveness.And through the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis,the evaluation results of the competitiveness of automobile parts industry in Qingkou Fuzhou automobile city are obtained.Finally,from the government level and enterprise level proposed the countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of Qingkou Fuzhou Automobile City auto parts industry.I hope this article research will have a certain reference value for the decision-making of the relevant departments of Fujian province and the development of automobile parts industry in Qingkou Fuzhou.
