| With the development of the national economy,logistics activities play an increasingly important role in people’s lives.As a “third-party profit source”,logistics has become more and more important for Chinese enterprises and government-related administrative departments.The planning and operation of the logistics system has attracted the attention and research of many enterprises,experts and scholars.Economic globalization has intensified competition in the traditional automotive industry,and parts distribution plays a pivotal role in the automotive industry chain.In order to achieve resource integration,the government and enterprises actively build regional auto parts distribution centers to achieve professional and efficient management of automobile logistics and enhance the core competitiveness of the automotive industry.However,in the operation process of the auto parts distribution center,there may be problems such as untimely delivery,production stoppage,poor operation,and high operating costs.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively evaluate the performance of the regional auto parts distribution center and accurately understand its current operations.Scientific evaluation of the development level and potential of regional auto parts distribution centers is of great significance to promoting the development of distribution centers and regional auto parts enterprises and increasing their competitiveness.Based on a large number of literatures,this paper analyzes the research status of automobile distribution centers at home and abroad,and clarifies the necessity and significance of research on the operational performance of regional auto parts distribution centers,research purposes,content and technical routes of research.On the basis of clarifying the relevant theories of distribution center and performance evaluation,combined with the uniqueness of regional auto parts,the characteristics of regional auto parts distribution center performance evaluation are expounded.Combining with the reading literature,this article fully considers the functional characteristics of the auto parts distribution center,applies the balanced scorecard performance evaluation theory,and initially constructs a four-dimensional system consisting of financial capability system,operation management capability system,service quality system and sustainable development capability system.This article use the regional automobile parts distribution center operation performance evaluation system,and the expert survey method to screen the indicators,clarify the final regional auto parts distribution center operation performance evaluation system,and expound the meaning of each indicator.According to the purpose of the research,the evaluation indicators and evaluation methods are analyzed in depth,combining with the characteristics of the regional auto parts distribution center,Liuzhou auto parts distribution center is selected for empirical analysis.First,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the relative weight of each evaluation index.Then,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the distribution center,and the evaluation results are obtained.Finally,all content of paper are summarized,and the shortcomings research in the paper are analyzed.At the meantime,the future research are forecasted. |
