In the post-epidemic era,the competition in the market is becoming more and more fierce and the forms are becoming more and more diverse.With the continuous improvement of production supply chain,competition is not limited to enterprises,but also among suppliers.Automobile manufacturing industry is one of the industries closest to economy and industry,and all major enterprises focus on more refined supplier management in cost control.As the core of supplier management,supplier performance evaluation is an indispensable part for enterprises to achieve long-term stable development.A Auto Parts Company is selected as research object,to study the supplier performance evaluation of the company.The purpose is to effectively improve the quality and delivery of suppliers,reduce the production and operation costs of enterprises,improve economic benefits and profits,enhance customer satisfaction,and enhance the overall competitiveness of upstream and downstream supply chains.Firstly,by consulting the literature,the relevant theories and current development of supplier management and supplier performance evaluation at home and abroad are sorted out,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research and demonstration of this paper.Secondly,the overall situation and current situation of A Auto Parts Company are introduced in detail from multiple perspectives,and the analysis and elaboration are made from three aspects: performance evaluation objectives and criteria,performance evaluation indicators and weights,and performance evaluation results and communication,and the existing problems in supplier performance evaluation management of A Auto Parts Company are found through the current situation analysis.Thirdly,in view of the problems existing in the supplier performance evaluation of A Auto Parts Company,the key performance indicator method(KPI)and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are used to design the improvement plan for the supplier performance evaluation of A Auto Parts Company from three aspects: the supporting mechanism of the supplier performance evaluation process,the supplier performance evaluation indicators and weights,and the application of the supplier performance evaluation results.Lastly,evaluate the effect of the supplier performance evaluation improvement plan of A Auto Parts Company,and strengthen the organizational and institutional guarantee.
