The auto logistics including transportation, warehousing, distribution and logisticsinformation processing is an integrated activity. Especially the automotive parts logisticsalso reflects the high degree of professionalism and complexity. Researching automotiveparts logistics, accelerating the car manufacturer’s logistics rationalization process,reducing the supply of auto parts logistics costs and improving supply logistics servicelevel, have a very important significance. Nowadays the main problem is some autocompanies select the parts logistics operational mode obscurely, which resulted inlogistics decision-making mistakes, enterprise logistics service needs are not met.Therefore, how to choose the auto parts logistics mode needs in-depth research.This thesis firstly analyzes the characteristics of auto parts logistics service ofChina’s auto enterprises, the advantages and disadvantages of auto parts logistics servicemode. From the perspective of customers, the thesis builds an auto parts logistics servicemode selection index system. The index system is consisted of the logistics costs,logistics service capabilities, controlling measures. Then, the thesis combines Delphimethod and Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of each indicator byinterviewing on experts and logistics staff in auto companies. Finally, taking DongfengPeugeot Citroen Automobile Co., Ltd. as the background, the thesis uses the modeoptions of parts logistics service in the parts logistics mode selection of DPCA, to verifythe validity and applicability of the thesis’ conclusions. Through analyzing the selectionof auto parts logistics service mode of DPCA, the thesis proposes an improvementstrategy for DPCA parts logistics service mode, and proposes a reference for the selectionof auto companies’ parts logistics mode.
