Research On Countermeasures To Improve Competitiveness Of Auto Parts Industry Cluster In Zhongshan

China's car ownership per capita and a large car-related market for many automotive industry-related enterprises have brought about the development opportunities.At present,the automobile parts industry in our country has formed the industrial cluster in the local area,the industry development momentum is good.Zhongshan Torch Development Zone to the Japanese automobile supporting enterprises as a leader,the natural formation of industrial clusters,rapid development,achieved fruitful results,but with the advanced level at home and abroad still exist gap.The significance of this study lies in summarizing and analyzing the current situation of industrial cluster competitiveness,and puts forward some countermeasures about how to improve the compe titiveness of industrial clusters,so as to improve the competitiveness of automobile parts industry cluster in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone.In this dissertation,through the in-depth investigation of enterprises in the industrial cluster,the development and distribution of questionnaires.According to the results of the questionnaire,the application of GEM model for competitiveness calculation.Combining the three factors of GEM model and the corresponding relationship of each influencing factors,the competitiveness of the automobile parts industry cluster in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone is analyzed from the aspects of quantification,factors,results,etc.Then,it puts forward the ways of setting up special funds,strengthening technical inno vation,increasing the introduction of team,and promoting the competitiveness of clusters from the basic level.From the enterprise transformation and upgrading,investment diversification and so on,to enhance the competitiveness of the cluster at the en terprise level.From the optimization of upgrade service platform,scientific research exchange platform and technical support platform,effectively improve the competitiveness of the cluster in the market level.After the implementation for a period of time,the same questionnaire was investigated again with the same questionnaire,and the GEM model competitiveness score was calculated by the same quantization method,and it was found that there was a significant improvement.The results show that the proposed solution and countermeasures can effectively improve the survival ability,sustainable development ability and competitiveness of industrial clusters.
