The Assembly Of Concrete Structure Technology Application Research In Xiamen

Prefabricated construction in the United States,Japan,New Zealand,China Hongkong,Taiwan and other places are widely used,and even become the main form of construction;these countries have formed a perfect specification standard system,supervision mechanism of technology system,industrial chain effective and corresponding measures.Compared with prefabricated construction the promotion stage of our country,there are a lot of problems,such as late start,the facilities are not perfect,so we need a series of analysis and research.Based on literature review,this paper analyzes the differences between China's standards and foreign standards,the significance of BIM technology to the development of assembly building and the key points in the design of the assembled concrete structure.The precast concrete frame structure and shear wall structure of the engineering example,analysis of the different ways to build the modeling results,construction period,cost and social benefits,as well as in the actual project in component production and transportation,node design,split,construction process,development problems and countermeasures.This study summarizes severalkey steps for prefabricated construction of concrete engineering,in order to provide reference for similar projects development.
