Comparative Study On Rural House Design Guidelines

Rapid urbanization moment forward,lifestyle,cultural traditions and society exchanges of rural area has been a tremendous change,changes in building materials and technology continue to affect rural house construction techniques and forms.In the countryside,sudden changes in recent decades,however,as people living in the rural environment an important part of rural housing construction has not been adequately studied,China is still a lack of guidance and control mechanisms for rural housing construction,housing construction in rural financing,regional and sustainable development of the three aspects of issues outstanding.Faced with the current highlighting three issues of construction of rural housing financing,regional and sustainable development,this study was to analyze the European and American guidelines for rural housing construction methods and content preparation,looking for guidance and control experience for our reference to rural house design guide to solve our problem of lack of control mechanisms.In this study,comparative study on the status of the development of guidance and control summarize domestic rural housing construction;through the analysis of the different classification of rural housing design guidelines of foreign documents and guidance focused in financing,regional and continuous conduction to optimize the control method;based on the above rationale,Chenxi County,Hunan countryside field trips and mapping,preparation of Chenxi rural house design guidelines,prepared by the process of review and reflection problems,puts forward the preparation of rural house design guidelines the basic framework of the preparation methods.Rural house design guidelines can provide the whole process of design and construction of specific,appropriate procedures and methods,the result of the completion of a greater influence,is truly rural housing construction guidance and control of an important part of our country is currently a lack of research fields.Even if there is no unified planning of rural housing,should also be carried out in the framework of a scientific and reasonable guidance and control rural housing construction,from land use,aspects of the site layout,building design,materials and details of construction to guide the rural housing construction and orderly,healthy development.Architects go to the countryside,combined with local research results,establish practical content,readability rural house design guidelines,providing information and technical support for rural housing construction,this is the goal of this study.
