Since 2004,the first document of the Central Committee has focused on agriculture,rural areas and farmers for 14 consecutive times.Urban rapid development,in infrastructure,technology and theoretical guidance tend to mature,rural development is relatively slow,and unplanned free development,resulting in a certain amount of land resources and economic waste,And environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,very affected the quality of life.This is no longer a problem for the peasants themselves;it has evolved into a national problem.Therefore,the state formulates a series of policies to support the rural construction,the new rural reconstruction is also advancing step by step.The new rural construction of the new regionalism is based on the problems in the process of the new rural reconstruction and the improvement of the theoretical guidance.In view of the phenomenon of being too uniform,relying heavily on modern technology and "one side of a thousand villages",the construction of new countryside should absorb the local folklore and local characteristics,and build a man-environment suitable for local people’s life,production and aesthetics.This paper takes Liu Cao Lou Village,Shangqiu City,Henan Province as an example to study the local rammed soil technology and use the new combination of "outer soil and inner brick" to carry out architectural design.Using the way of lowering the courtyard wall,making life psychologically open,carrying on the courtyard design;studying the folk custom of the local people Used to interior space design;to create a pleasant living environment and economy,environmental protection,sustainable development of the new countryside.
