The Construction Enterprise Pre-project Evaluation Research

Pre-project evaluation as an interim task of project evaluation is closely related to the predictability of project management and the correctness of project decision,and its ultimate goal is to control beforehand and guarantee a rational allocation of limited resources,so as to achieve the desired economic and social benefits.Units,groups and individuals engaged in project construction have become more and more along with the rapid development of construction industry in China,and the market competition has also become increasingly fierce.In the face of fierce market competition,in terms of construction enterprises,how to strengthen the pre-control of construction project management and improve the level of construction management has become an important issue of current construction management.There are a lot of benefits if the construction enterprises can handle a good deal of pre-project evaluation,for example,it helps managers improve the level of tender offer-decision,forecast the construction difficulties,risks and expected benefits and other indicators of the construction project,determine the gold of project management,and it also provides evidence to the project's subsidiary contract,the cost control of implementation,cost management and assessment of project management personnel.This paper uses some research methods,such as document retrieval method,field method,case studies,expert opinion method,trying to through the case study on the pre-project evaluation of water supply system project of Nanning power plant to summarize and perfect the system theory and method of the pre-project evaluation of construction enterprises.Firstly,this paper carries out a brief introduction of the background,meaning,ideas,and methods of the subject study,and then it analyzes and arranges the characteristics,principles and basis of the pre-project evaluation of construction enterprises,collecting and organizing a series of evaluation contents and evaluation methods which are suitable for the construction enterprises.And it takes Nanning power plant's water supply system project as an example,thinking and making necessary complement for the existing problems and solutions.It hopes to have a positive effect on improving the efficiency of enterprises,prevention and risk-averse,scientifically carry out project assessment,and so on.
