Affected by the national implementation of the "golden sun" project and photovoltaic building demonstration projects and other policies, nearly three years of distributed PV showing explosive growth, by the end of 2014, China distributed photovoltaic power plant project installed 1900 MW total. Distributed photovoltaic power generation is growing rapidly, but the related planning, design, construction, management and operation of the standards, specifications are not perfect, leading to problems appear. Especially the lack of systematic research on distributed photovoltaic power plant project risk management, which restricts the healthy and stable development of the industry to a certain extent, and causes the waste of resources.In this context, this article through the practice of Wuling Lantian roof photovoltaic power generation project risk management, combined with the theory of risk management and related problems of roof photovoltaic power station project risk management. First of all, this paper on the research background, significance and research status at home and abroad and the use of the method and content of the research. The project risk management theory, related concepts are introduced, and provide a theoretical basis for research. Secondly, introduce the overall characteristics of the Wuling Lantian roof photovoltaic power generation projects and the situation of the photovoltaic power plant project.
