In recent years,with the rapid development of the urbanization and beautiful rural construction in China,the market competition in cement industry has been being increasingly fierce.In particular,in order to survive and develop in the market,cement sales companies can only improve their competitiveness by adopting effective performance management measures.Therefore,by taking Jinyu Jidong Cement Marketing Company as the research object,this thesis studies the optimization problem for the performance management system of this company.It not only has important practical significance to promote cement sales companies to enhance their market competitiveness,but also provides theoretical basis for the optimization and implementation of the performance management system of cement sales companies.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the related theories and methods on performance management through literature research,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of each method.Secondly,by means of the questionnaire survey method,a questionnaire survey on the performance management status is taken in Jinyu Jidong Cement Marketing Company.Then,analyzing the performance management system of the company,the current situation of its performance management,performance evaluation content,cycle and process,etc.is grasped.Thirdly,after analyzing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire using the software of SPSS,the existing issues in the performance management system of the company are diagnosised out based on the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data and from the aspects of the performance management cognition,goal,evaluation,guidance,representation and feedback,incentive and application of evaluation results.Then,the causes of these issues are deeply analyzed.Based on the analysis results,by using KPI,applying the 360.degree performance management theory and the swing weighting,the study mainly focuses on the optimization for the indicators and the system of performance management.In terms of optimization for the performance management indicators,by setting the KPI indicators supplemented by the 360.degree ones,the strategic objectives are decomposed from top to bottom into specific work objectives at the company level,department level and employee level,so as to form a top.down and internally related key performance indicators system at the company level,department level and employee level.Meanwhile,the swing weighting is used to calculate the index weights to ensure that the index weight setting is more scientific and reasonable.In terms of optimization for the performance management system,it focuses on optimizing the weak links such as the performance implementation,performance guidance,performance feedback and application of performance results,so as to ensure that all links of the optimized perfo rmance management system are organically linked,promote and complement each other.Finally,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward from the implementation steps,safeguard measures,as well as the possible problems and corresponding solution s in the optimization schemes.Consequently,through a systematic study on the optimization for the performance management system of Jinyu Jidong Cement Marketing Company,this study aims to provide a reference of performance management to help the company to make decisions,which is also useful for other similar companies.
