| Before 2003,environmental health management units in China were basically run as public institutions under the management of government organizations.Since the marketization of domestic sanitation cleaning and cleaning in 2003,domestic environmental management companies have mushroomed.In Chengdu alone,there are more than 200 sanitation companies,which have played an important role in the development of urban environmental sanitation.With the acceleration of urbanization,the government has higher and higher quality requirements and standards for urban environmental sanitation work,so the competition between sanitation companies is becoming increasingly fierce.According to the domestic environment,the government should make full use of the advantage that sanitation companies can go deep into residential areas and courtyards,and leave the sorting of household garbage to sanitation companies,so as to better promote the rapid development of garbage sorting and realize the integration of sanitation system and renewable resources system.And talent competition is the key to inter-company competition,so the systematic construction and efficient utilization of performance appraisal are the core competitiveness of enterprise development.This thesis takes ZM Environmental management Company as an example.By analyzing the current situation of performance appraisal of ZM environmental management company,problems in performance appraisal are found,and suggestions for performance appraisal are proposed to help ZM environmental management company improve its performance appraisal level.Therefore,the research results of this thesis have the following guiding values for the reality: First,it can combine the characteristics of the environmental protection industry to find out the problems in the performance appraisal system of ZM environmental management company;Second,give optimization design suggestions for the performance appraisal system of ZM environmental management company,and effectively solve the performance appraisal problems of ZM environmental management company.Third,it provides reference for similar environmental protection enterprises in the design of performance appraisal system.This thesis mainly adopts the methods of literature review,case study,field investigation and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,and carries out research according to the ideas of raising,analyzing and solving problems.Raise questions,problems existing in performance assessment of ZM Environmental Management Company;Analyze the problems and reasons of performance appraisal of ZM Environmental Management Company based on questionnaire survey and employee interview;Solve the problems,design the optimization strategy of performance appraisal of ZM environmental management company,and provide the guarantee of optimization implementation.This thesis is divided into six parts.The first part describes the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and research methods,as the research background and theoretical support;The second part analyzes the relevant concepts,theories and literature review of performance appraisal,laying a theoretical foundation for the optimization of the performance appraisal system of ZM Environmental management Company.The third part through questionnaire survey and field interview to understand the performance appraisal status of ZM environmental management company,and in-depth analysis of the existing problems.The fourth part is the optimization suggestions on the performance appraisal of ZM environmental management company.The fifth part gives the implementation of performance appraisal and implementation safeguard measures for ZM environmental management company,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of enterprise performance optimization system.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.It summarizes the research conclusions of the topic,puts forward the deficiencies in the research,and explains the future research direction. |
