For small-scale fine chemical projects with an investment of less than 50 million RMB,it also shows the typical characteristics of short-term,flat and fast,which means less investment,short cycle,quick effect and high efficiency.Therefore,the requirements of schedule,quality and cost are very high for small fine chemical engineering construction projects.At the same time,small-scale fine chemical projects have the characteristics of diverse raw materials,complex processes,new changeable technologies,which require a high degree of professionalism and technical sensitivity in the design process.The quality control in the engineering design stage of small-scale fine chemical project is the key to ensure the safety,stability,long life,full load,low energy consumption and high-quality operation of chemical plants.However,due to the problems of small-scale fine chemical projects,such as small scale,small investment,complex and changeable,each with its own characteristics,the quality control in engineering design stage has not been paid enough attention,and it is difficult to carry out systematic research.Take the 3000 t/a silicone project for breakthrough point,according to the characteristics of the small-scale project,this paper puts forward the quality control measures of the small-scale project.Finally,the effect of quality control in the engineering design stage of the project is analyzed,which provides reference for the quality control work in the engineering design stage of small-scale fine chemical projects.
