| "Fine Chemical" is the abbreviation of fine chemical industry,mainly using primary or secondary chemicals and biomass materials produced by the basic chemical industry as the starting raw materials,and deep processing to produce fine chemical products with specific functions,specific uses,small batches,multiple varieties,high added value and technology-intensive.In recent years,China has attached great importance to the development of fine chemicals,included the development of fine chemicals in a number of national plans,and provided key support from policies and funds.Governments at all levels regard the development of fine chemicals as an important measure to promote the upgrading and transformation of the local chemical industry,improve the energy level of the chemical industry and expand economic benefits,and China has gradually become an important processing and export place for fine chemical raw materials and intermediates in the world.Due to its small investment and high added value of products,fine chemical projects have gradually become a hot spot pursued by private capital,especially small and medium-sized fine chemical projects with a total investment of less than 50 million yuan.As far as small and medium-sized fine chemical projects are concerned,there are generally characteristics such as low project management level,imperfect basic data,poor external conditions of the project,large number and variety of equipment,large workload of piping design,and short design cycle,and the unique project attributes determine the particularity of their design work.As the source of the project,although the engineering design cost only accounts for about 5% of the total investment of the project,the contribution rate of design to the ultimate success of the project is more than 80%.In order to accurately identify the design quality risks of small and medium-sized fine chemical projects and reduce the losses caused by design quality risks as much as possible,this paper conducts design quality risk evaluation research on small and medium-sized fine chemical projects.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts of small and medium-sized fine chemical projects and design quality,this paper extracts the design characteristics of small and medium-sized fine chemical projects,and analyzes the potential risk factors that may affect design quality in the design process.Secondly,based on the literature research method,graphical method and expert survey method,the design quality risk indicators of small and medium-sized fine chemical projects were preliminarily screened,and the collected questionnaire data were analyzed through SPSS software,and the design quality risk evaluation index system of small and medium-sized fine chemical projects including 16 risk indicators in 3 dimensions was finally established through factor analysis.Then,the analytic hierarchy method is used to determine the index weight,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the design quality risk evaluation model of small and medium-sized fine chemical projects.Finally,through the construction project of pharmaceutical intermediates with an annual output of 280 tons of H,a case study was carried out,and risk management suggestions were put forward for the risk evaluation results.By adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,this paper constructs the design quality risk evaluation model of small and medium-sized fine chemical projects,improves the research content related to the design quality risk evaluation of small and medium-sized fine chemical projects,and the research can provide a basis for design quality risk management and decision-making in the implementation of similar construction projects,which is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of China’s fine chemical industry. |
