Quality Control Study On 2nd Stage Project Of Chengbei Sewage Treatment Plant In Shouguang

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in China, the pressure from water resource is becoming bigger. It has become a key issue how to recycle the sewage water. The quality control of sewage project construction is the crucial point for the success. Meanwhile the treatment for the urban sanitary sewage is a turning factor for the regional water pollution reduction and the improvement of water environment. The issue of Sewage Treatment Measure has enforced the above quartos. The sewage Treatment Measure was studied in 2000, and drafted in 2011. In 2013 the Measure of Urban Sanitary Sewage and Waste Water Treatment was issued, which offered a law for the design and supervision of Sanitary Sewage and Waste Water Treatment in unban area. The measure made many strict rules to follow from different aspect and the point of law. There are many factors which can affect the project quality, especially with many concealed works. So it is very important to control the project quality during the construction.The thesis takes Chengbei Sewage Treatment Plant in Shouguang as the study object to study the quality control, systematically analysis the practical situation, find the open problems, and get the solutions. Meanwhile it also offers some reference for the sewage construction enterprise.The thesis draws a conclusion to the Project Control Study of 2nd stage for Project of Chengbei Sewage Treatment Plant in Shouguang by the law of investigation and study, the law of dynamic economic analysis, the combination law of qualitative and quantitative analysis. It also applies PDCA circulation theory, six sigma theories and total quality management theory to the project construction to divide the project into four stages, such as design stage, construction stage, test run and acceptance stage. According to the different characteristics in every stage, the thesis analyses the possible open problems and factors which could affect the project construction quality, then set up the quality control of project construction and specific, feasible plans. And then put those plans into practice. During the practice, we should further analysis, plan, implement, inspect, conclude the questions we meet to reach our goal of good quality control. Finally with above theories we study the project safety control. First we make the guidelines and targets for the safety control, and then we fix the targets to the different departments and people. Before the construction we analysis the possible hazard and make relative contingent plan, enforce the supervision, eradicate completely the enormous accident and reduce the common safety accident.In the thesis it clearly illustrates quality control targets in every stage for the Project of Chengbei Sewage Treatment Plant in Shouguang. The appropriate measure is taken, the design, test run, environment acceptance are in the control, and the quality of construction is ensured. Then a foundation is made for the successful running of sewage treatment in the future. The successful running of sewage treatment will give benefits for the environment, economy and society.
