Research On The Salvage Protection Of Hubei Tianmen Blue Calico

Hubei Tianmen blue calico is one of the intangible culture heritage of China's Jingchu textile industry.Tianmen blue printed fabric has a long history of inheritance.It not only contains the traditional printing and dyeing culture and the ideological connotation of the people in Jingchu region of China,but also has a high value of art,culture and research.However,due to its historical development,Tianmen blue calico is facing a serious survival test.Based on the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of Jingchu textile industry,this paper analyzes the necessity,method and design application of the salvage protection of Tianmen blue calico from the perspectives of its survival status and design,and discusses how the blue calico can develop in people's daily life.On the basis of the traditional blue prints collected by Tianmen intangible cultural heritage research center and the traditional craftsmen and the patterns of restoring old flower patterns,this paper analyzes and extracts the essence of traditional patterns,repairs and restores the patterns of damaged flower patterns,and applies them to daily necessities of people.This paper,taking Hubei Tianmen blue calico eco-systems as main content,hope to make a system to its protection and development of analysis and the practical application,from the view of the eco-systems of Tianmen blue prints formed certain system solutions,to explore a more suitable for the path of development and protection of Tianmen blue prints.At the same time,some derivatives of intangible cultural heritage with the core characteristics of Jingchu culture are designed.This paper mainly takes the rescue protection of Tianmen blue calico as the starting point,and explores the methods of saving and protecting Hubei Tianmen blue calico through a lot of field research,data collection,interviews with inheritors and traditional craftsmen,investigation of local intangible cultural heritage centers,collection of relevant works and papers,and summary of experience.Firstly,Tianmen blue calico has not been widely protected and inherited.Second,Hubei Tianmen blue calico professional factory has completely stopped production and has a small number of elderly blue calico artists,the success or population is extremely short,is about to face the endangered status quo.Third,the design of Tianmen blue calico is lack of innovation and its own characteristics,the public recognition is not high and the sales are low.Therefore,on the basis of drawing lessons from and comparing the development of blue prints in other regions,and according to the requirements of the party's “plan for the revitalization of Chinese traditional craft”,we strive to promote the revitalization and development of blue prints in the central region,promote the development of related industries,and make Hubei Tianmen get active protection in the production practice.
