Research On "Toilet Revolution" In ThePerspective Of Public Service

As an important public infrastructure,urban public toilets are an important part of the government’s provision of public services.The construction and management of public toilets directly reflect the level of government public service supply.With the continuous development of the economy and the improvement of social living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for public toilets.In particular,the "Toilet Revolution" movement that has emerged in recent years has brought the toilet,an indispensable item in daily life but often shyly mentioned,into the perspective of the whole society.The "Toilet Revolution" is an important measure to comprehensively address the needs of the people and is of great significance to improving people’s living standards and improving the quality and level of government public service supply.The domestic research on the "Toilet Revolution" is in a relatively new direction and is in its infancy.Although it has received increasing attention in recent years and has obtained more research results,the research results are more scattered due to the individual differences in the research objects.There are few systematic and theoretical research results that can be used for reference,and the research from the perspective of public service is relatively lacking.Based on the existing research results and based on the perspective of public services,this article conducts an in-depth study of the ongoing "Toilet Revolution".The specific work is as follows:First,it defines the public service and the "Toilet Revolution" and related concepts,explains in detail the relevant research results of public product theory,new public service theory and governance theory,and conducts a correlation with the "Toilet Revolution" analysis.Next,it analyzes the historical evolution and implementation results of China’s "Toilet Revolution",and summarizes the problems and causes facing the current "Toilet Revolution" in China.Subsequently,the successful experience of the "Toilet Revolution" in four countries of Japan,Singapore,South Korea and Germany was analyzed and used for reference.Finally,on this basis,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the "Toilet Revolution" in the perspective of public services,with a view to contributing a meager force to the current "Toilet Revolution".
