With the development of the world economy,great changes took place in the energy industry.The survival of oilfields tends to be variable and unpredictable.Therefore,the employees are supposed to be technically qualified and be capable of fulfilling their duties,in order to enhance the competitiveness of the oil companies.Being the leading enterprise of Sinopec,Shengli Oilfield has a significantly long and wide range of business,as well as a comparatively huge and complex composition of employees from various backgrounds.By contrast,the training programs of these employees are not satisfactory.Having consulted related references and research programs,the study aims to cope with the following details: first,to list the problems exist in the training programs through investigation;second,to develop a set of evaluation criterion and analysis of the results;third,to find out the factors that influence the training program by qualitative analysis and analytic hierarchy process;in the end,to come up with certain countermeasures from the perspectives of the qualification of the trainers,the capability of the trainees,the support of the enterprises,and to emphasize the importance of the implement of the supporting measures,such as the basic facilities,regulations,rules and the practicality of every part,to improve the overall capacity and quality of Shengli Oilfield staff,to enhance business performance to help. |
