| At present,especially the integration of the world economic integration has become the strength of the country’s economic strength depends mainly on the development of enterprises.And the strength of the talents in the enterprise determines the survival of the enterprise.Enterprise staff training is an important way to improve the quality of personnel and enhance the strength of talents,and also is an important link to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.As an important component of China Petroleum(group),It has formed a relatively mature petroleum exploitation system and personnel training system.Luliang oil field operation area is the frist onshore seat desert unitization oilfield in China,It have get the 2010 National High Oil Field Development Award.The Luliang oilfield operation area is the first integrated desert oil field discovered on the mainland of China.The enterprise structure and operating mechanism can not match the current development of the enterprise.It is urgent to strengthen the research and redesign the enterprise staff training system and optimization system.This paper systematically analyzes the present situation of enterprise training system in the operation area of Xinjiang Oil Field Luliang oilfield.The main problems are found out from the present situation of training work in Luliang district.Then according to the enterprise development target and staff training present situation,redesign the enterprise employee training system,content,implementation plan and training effect evaluation.On this basis,according to the characteristics of theexploitation environment of the desert oil field in Luliang oilfield operation area,the guarantee measures for staff training are put forward,and then use the evaluation results and safeguard measures to promote the improvement and promotion of training work. |
