As an indispensable part of the national economy,the logistics industry plays an important role in the links of enterprise production and sales and plays an irreplaceable role.In recent years,the high quality development of logistics and the green and low-carbon transformation development of logistics industry have become the focus of hot discussion.As an important basic hub of logistics,logistics park plays a fundamental and crucial role in the development of logistics industry.In the pursuit of the development of logistics parks and the trend of green and low-carbon transformation development,environmental problems have not been properly dealt with,which restricts the sustainable and high-quality development of logistics parks to a large extent.The Yangtze River Economic Belt is the east-west hub of China’s economy,among which the logistics park has a strategic position and leads the regional development.It is of great significance to study the green and low-carbon level of the logistics park in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the coupled and coordinated development of green and low-carbon regional logistics.This paper aims to explore the current situation analysis of the green and lowcarbon development level of regional logistics in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the coupling coordination degree analysis of regional logistics and green and lowcarbon,and the factors affecting the development of the coordination degree.Firstly,based on the perspective of geography,logistics parks in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are divided into the upper,middle and lower reaches.Secondly,boxplot was used to process the abnormal data,principal component analysis and factor analysis were used to screen the initially established index system,and entropy weight method(TOPSIS)was used to conduct multidimensional analysis on the green and lowcarbon development level of logistics parks in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Finally,the coupled coordination degree model and obstacle degree model of system dynamics are used to analyze the coupled coordination degree and obstacle degree factors of green low-carbon development and regional logistics development in the logistics park of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The green and low-carbon development level of logistics parks in the Yangtze River Economic Belt presents a trend of high development in the downstream,low development in the middle and moderate development in the upstream,decreasing from east to west;The green and low-carbon development level of logistics parks in the Yangtze River Economic Belt continues to improve.The downstream has the fastest growth rate,followed by the upstream.The green and lowcarbon development level in the middle reaches is slow until it is surpassed by the upstream.(2)From the coupling coordination degree of green low-carbon logistics park and regional logistics in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the green low-carbon development and regional logistics development of the downstream logistics park increased from moderate coordination degree to high quality coordination,the green low-carbon development and regional logistics development of the midstream logistics park increased from low coordination state to moderate coordination state,and the upstream region was in low coordination state.From the analysis of green and low-carbon indicators,the degree of coordination in descending order is as follows:A6-green management level,A4-resource consumption and A5-carbon emission and ecological environment.(3)From the perspective of constraints on the coupling coordination degree of logistics parks,most of them belong to the green and low-carbon lag type,and Guizhou belongs to the regional logistics lag type;From the analysis of the factors affecting the coordinated development of sub-indexes,the main obstacle factors of logistics parks in the Yangtze River Economic Belt show the coexistence of commonness and individuality.
