China is a country with splendid ethnic culture.Ethnic minorities are the characteristics of China and an important part of it.China is also a country with a large population.Food is the priority of the people,and the issue of food is always the theme of human survival and development.Due to the differences in geographical environment,the colorful traditional culture of ethnic minorities also breeds the traditional diet culture with national characteristics.However,with the frequent occurrence of food safety issues,various issues about food have been paid attention to by the society,and the research related to food,especially the research on food system,has also attracted the attention of scholars.There are many literatures and books on food culture,but few on food system.Yunnan Province is a place where ethnic minorities live.There are 25 ethnic minorities.Its culture is complex and diverse,and its diet has its own characteristics.Although Tibetan is not unique to Yunnan,its diet culture has its own characteristics.Although it is located in the scenic spot,it is not affected by too much foreign culture.There are not many researches on daily life at home and abroad,and daily life is also the most important for human survival and development The most basic field is worthy of people's attention.Compared with other disciplines,geographical research has its own characteristics.It can combine the daily life time and space track of local subjects,which has advantages that other disciplines do not have.Therefore,this paper chooses luorong village,Pudacuo National Park,Shangri La,Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,and adopts Agnes as the research object Le's daily life theory and food system theory,using the daily life that human beings always participate in as the starting point,adopt the methods of literature analysis,field investigation,text analysis,life track tracking investigation,and taking pictures,etc.,through one month's close contact and tracking with 9 typical villagers in luorong Village,and record their daily life track,to the local residents' day Regular life and eating habits are comprehensively understood and carefully studied.Furthermore,the changes of therelationship between people and land were studied.Papers in everyday life as a starting point,the main research work includes:through field investigation and literature as well as to the village to participate in villagers' daily life,chopped tease out luorong village Tibetan daily life and eating habits,from the natural ecological environment,social economic base,Tibetan cultural system analysis Tibetan daily life environment and background;The four main elements are subject,activity,time and space as the core to record and sort out the daily life track of local subjects,and the activities they participate in in daily life are classified and defined with different types of subjects as subjects,so as to closely observe the time and space track of recording subjects in their daily life.And according to the daily life track of time and space of different groups,focus on the daily life of the villagers' related activities involved in food system,find out the main body in daily life to participate in the activities of food system of commonality and differences,build different subject to participate in the activities of the food system,and analysis on Tibetan food system characteristics and problems in everyday life,to find and think about the causes of the formation of these characteristics and problems,through the study of food systems to see luorong chopped changes of the village land relationship.Paper's main conclusions are: 1,the research of different time and space trajectory,it is concluded that different main body space scope and activity of daily life,and found that their food system of daily life activities related to the characteristics and problems of the food system the main problems are: food production,acquisition and transportation problem,food processing production problems,food safety and nutrition health problems.The reasons for its formation are analyzed as follows: the limitation of natural geographical environment,the influence of traditional way of livelihood,the influence of traditional ecological culture,food culture and religious culture,and the influence of Pudacuo National Park.2.As an independent small society,The food system of Luorong Village mainly involves production--procurement--processing--production--consumption--treatment.It is a relatively traditional food system without complicated processing,production,transportation and distribution and retail processes.3.Through the study of the foodsystem in the spatio-temporal trajectory of daily life,we can see the changes in four aspects of Luorong Village.Due to the changes in human-land relations,the changes in demand and consumption,production,life and ideas,as well as the changes in resources and environment have been affected.The change of the relationship between people and land is mainly manifested in the change from the dependence on land in the past to the dependence on Pudacuo National Park in the present.Therefore,it is important to use the food system as a medium to study the changes in human-land relations.Local subjects are the driving force of food system change.Sustainable food system requires coordination among villagers,scenic spots and the government for joint efforts.Therefore,through the food system,we can see the changes in the production and life style and ideology of The Tibetans in Luorong Village,the increase in demand and income,and the changes in the mutual support for the nature reserve,which have changed the harmonious symbiotic relationship between the Tibetans and the geographical environment who have lived in Luorong Village for generations.The aim is to give some enlightenment to the sustainable food system in Luorong Village.
