Research On The Relationship Between Coal Mine Safety Atmosphere And Miners’ Daily Life

At present,the "golden ten years" of China’s coal industry has gone forever and the safety accidents of coal mine occur frequently,miners living,the pressure of psychological and mental is growing.The 2017 meeting of the national security accident assembly shows:on the one hand,in the number of deaths caused by China’s coal mine safety accident in 2016 is 538 persons and the safety accidents of coal mine is 249;on the other hand,lead to life safety of the residents in China accident deaths is three times of accidents.Therefore,in the new period,how to prevent the safety accidents of coal mine workers in production and life,how to reduce the life and psychological pressure of miners is very necessary.The research on the influence of organizational climate on organization has been confirmed by many scholars,and the relationship between organizational safety climate and employee work behavior has been studied by many researchers.However,the research on the relationship between work and life indicate that the work and life as an important activity of the individual,the individual experience in daily life will affect their performance at work,also experienced in the life of the behavior will effect on the individual work areas.The spillover effect is that the individual’s behavior in the field of the experience of the impact of another field,so that the affected areas and the impact of the issue of a certain correlation.Therefore,based on the integration of work and life and the spillover effect,this paper explores the effect of coal mine safety atmosphere on the daily life behavior of miners.Through the strict and careful collection of data,combined with the result of its preliminary research,constructing the model safety climate and coal miners’ daily life,using the factor analysis,path analysis of latent variables,reliability analysis and SEM method on their relationship,the final structural model to obtain the relationships of mine safety climate and the daily life of miners.The results show that:the elements of ε1,ε3,ε4,ε5,ε6 and ε7 in the safety climate of coal mine has a significant role in η1;the elements of ε1,ε2,ε3,ε5,ε6,ε7 and ε8 in the safety climate of coal mine has a significant role in η2;the elements of ε4,ε5,ε6,ε7 andε8 in the safety climate of coal mine has a significant role in η3.In the elements of miners daily behavior,η 2,η3 has an impact respectively on η1;η1,η3 did not get support on the significant of η2;η1 and η2 have an impact respectively on η3.
