| Company A is a comprehensive energy company providing petroleum exploration and development services for oil and gas fields.With the increasing professional requirements of the industry on the company year by year,the situation is grim.In recent years,in order to provide guarantee for the company’s future strategic development,the number of researchers engaged in oil field project research of A company has increased sharply.Through the current development of A company and research personnel human resources structure carried out research,the deficiencies are analyzed in human resource management.It is believed that Company A lacks scientific recruitment evaluation standards for Scientific research personnel.Development needs training is not reasonable.The setting of performance appraisal indicators is not perfect.The employee’s career planning is not clear.Combined with the relevant theories of competency and competency model at home and abroad,multiple dimensions of competency model are determined by literature analysis and behavioral event interview.Then we design a reasonable questionnaire.By using SPSS21.0 software we carry out factor analysis on the result data of the questionnaire.And Then the competency model of Scientific research personnel of Company A was divided into three dimensions professional skills,personal qualities,team collaboration,including 23 competence quality,respectively is:Innovation ability,learning ability,foreign language level,sum up ability,software operation ability,basic knowledge of subject,writing ability,the programming ability,resources integration ability,compressive ability,thoughtful and helpful,professional dedication,execution,integrity etc.Finally,the model is applied to the improvement of enterprise recruitment system,employee training,performance management and employee career planning.Achieve to raise the enterprise knowledge person,employ and employ persons level thereby.Realize the match between staff and post,and then improve the business performance of the enterprise. |
