In modern life,gastronomy is a major part of life.Different provinces and regions have different characteristics of traditional gastronomy,which often contains local regional cultural characteristics and is one of the symbols of local culture.It not only integrates the local food culture idea,the thought idea,also has the ideological spirit connotation.Thanks to modern transportation,communications and e-commerce networks,these traditional food brands have continued to thrive.The research,application and innovation of the cultural elements of traditional cuisine with regional characteristics are of great strategic significance for the development of modern economy,and today the productive forces are close to saturation,stress on the packaging art,brand awareness of the serious lack of state,in-depth exploration and study of regional characteristics of food cultural elements and the integration of related traditional cultural symbols,it is of great research value to the development of regional characteristic and delicious food brands.The research of regional characteristic traditional food culture in brand packaging,especially in the design research of fusing traditional culture patterns,is still in a cradle stage in China.Therefore,the combination of illustration and modern packaging design,such as regional landscape and cultural features,traditional patterns and other cultural elements can make modern packaging design more cultural connotation.Therefore,the study of regional characteristics of traditional food culture,heritage and development of traditional culture has an inevitable relationship.Especially,the moire pattern of Ming and Qing Dynasty is the connection point between the traditional elements and modern packaging,because it has both the modern form aesthetic feeling and the traditional culture characteristic,so it can embody the modern feeling and the traditionalization of packaging design.This article focuses on the development of regional characteristics of traditional food cultural symbols,combined with the local traditional cultural elements,to the Ming and Qing Dynasties Moire pattern as the innovative research practice basic elements,taking "Li Xi JI" cake packaging design as the carrier to carry out relevant analysis and preliminary exploration of practice,on the one hand endows the local characteristic brand with a national implication,and lets the brand culture combine with the traditional culture,with its regional cultural characteristics,"Li Xi JI" pastry packaging design in the market has a more benign development and inheritance.
