The project manager is an important person in charge of carrying out project activities and implementing project objectives,and is a core person in the whole construction project management process.The complexity of the project puts forward different requirements for the project manager from other talents in the enterprise,that is,comprehensive talents.The quality training of project managers should follow the requirements of the industry for their technical specialty and comprehensive ability,gradually improve their management ability and professional quality,and successfully complete all tasks of the construction project while implementing the project objectives.The traditional project management ability standard has been unable to adapt to the changes of internal and external environment.With the acceleration of NO.7 Company of CPECC's going global,more and more complex talents are needed to support the company's business development.Therefore,strengthening the training management of overseas project managers has become an important topic of enterprise human resource management.This paper chooses the training system of overseas project manager of NO.7Company of CPECC as the research object,draws lessons from the relevant theories and methods of training,and carries out research in combination with enterprise practice.Firstly,the paper introduces the important role of overseas project managers in the development of the company,and puts forward the practical significance of research and training system.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of human resources of project manager,training system,training methods and training contents of NO.7 Company of CPECC,analyzes the existing problems of the current training system through questionnaire survey,and summarizes the causes of these problems.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme,expounds the ideas and principles of training system optimization,analyzes the training needs from the two perspectives of post responsibility and competence,formulates the specific content of the training course,expounds the measures of resource development for full-time and part-time lecturers,and finally evaluates thetraining effect by using the four-level evaluation theory of kirsch.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the proposed training system,the paper suggests that NO.7 Company of CPECC should strengthen the relevant support from the aspects of system,logistics,capital and culture,so that the training can be implemented.The research of this paper can help NO.7 Company of CPECC to improve the training system,stimulate employees' enthusiasm for training,improve the training effect,and strengthen the quality of overseas project managers.At the same time,it has reference significance for other enterprises' employee training management.
