Research On Risk Management Of Sewage Settlement Tank Cleaning Project In Pstation Of Daqing Oilfield

In recent years,the oil production plants pay more attention to the water quality after the treatment of the sewage treatment system.To ensure the sewage settlement tank settling capacity,it is necessary to clean the sewage settling tank regularly.Considering the particularity of storage tank,the immaturity of mechanical cleaning process in sewage tank,and the actual work on the site also includes a variety of cross operation forms such as fire operation,high altitude work,confined space,temporary electric power operation,etc.So it is of great significance to conduct scientific risk management research on cleaning project of the sewage tank.Firstly,based on P station sewage tank cleaning project of Daqing Oilfield as the research object,analyzing the risk management problems and causes.Secondly,using flow chart method and brainstorming method to establish the risk factor identification table of cleaning project,ensure the project risk source,building the risk evaluation index system though the risk list,as five aspects of risk factors: personnel management,construction management,equipment technology,environment,security.Thirdly,choosing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the project risk result,getting the risk weight and risk level of each index.Finally,according to the result of risk analysis,the concrete conuter measures are put forward.Developing monitoring methods for cleaning projects,putting forward risk management safeguard measures,to improve the risk management level of dredging projects.The research in this paper is helpful for P station to scientifically manage the risk of the sewage settling tank cleaning project,improve the risk management ability,at the same time provide certain reference and enlightenment significance for the risk management of the sewage recovery pool,sewage discharge pool and other sewage treatment facilities cleaning.
