| Due to the technical characteristics of both chemical and pharmaceutical related projects,there are many management problems in the actual process of project management,especially some potential uncertain risk factors,which increase the difficulty and cost of project management.In recent years,with the rapid development of the global pharmaceutical industry,China’s pharmaceutical industry has been identified as a national sunrise strategic industry,but also one of the national economic pillar industries.As an important part of the pharmaceutical industry,API is the basis to ensure the production of downstream preparations and the demand for clinical drugs.It not only affects the quality of drugs,but also the main link to limit the production capacity of drugs.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to strengthen the project management of API,especially the risk control.Risk management is the theoretical basis of this paper to study the risk control of the relocation project of synthetic camphor production line of YH Company.Starting from the risk identification of the relocation project of synthetic camphor production line of raw material of YH Company,7 secondary risks and 19 tertiary risk factors affecting secondary risks of the relocation project were determined,and the risk list of synthetic camphor relocation project of raw material was finally formed.Then use qualitative analysis to preliminarily determine the risk size;At the same time,the risk factors of the whole project are quantified by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The policy and market risk levels of the project are found to be low by the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation.Moderate level of progress,quality and environmental risks;The technical and security risk level is high,and the project feasibility report is finally obtained.As for the existing project risks,based on the characteristics of chemical and pharmaceutical projects,combined with the theoretical knowledge of risk management in project management,efficient and feasible risk countermeasures and solutions are proposed for the existing risks and hidden dangers.At the same time,the analysis ideas,data models and management ideas obtained in the study of risk control of the relocation project of raw material synthetic camphor production line of YH Company can provide some ideas and references for the implementation of similar projects. |
