The management guru Drucker once said,that now the competition of enterprises is no longer the competition of products,but the competition between business models.Companies can't win the competition just through simply meet the low-level requirements of the market.The competition rules have completely changed now,only by exploring the business model and innovating and reforming can we maintain the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to design a complete set of practical business model through in-depth research on business model theory,to provide a decision-making reference for P company's bicycle helmet business,and to provide new ideas for other similar companies for future choices and innovation of business models.The main research methods in this article include theoretical research methods,which lay a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the paper by referring to domestic and foreign literatures;understand the external environment of P company through the PEST analysis method;analyze the competition of the bicycle helmet industry through the Porter five-force model method;through SWOT Methods analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of P company;through the canvas analysis method of business model,in-depth study of various elements of the business model.These research methods are in order to fully grasp the problems in the business model of P company's bicycle helmet business,and to explore the causes,and provide an important basis for the design of business models.This article redesigns the business model of P company's bicycle helmet business from the perspective of the business model canvas,combined with the "Four Action Frameworks" from "Blue Ocean Strategy",and puts forward the value proposition of "personalized" customization of bicycle helmets for the first time,and draws a new business model canvas for P company's helmet business.In order to ensure that the new business model can be smoothly implemented,three guarantee measures were set up,to change the thinking of managers,establish a talent protection system,and establish a reasonable process.This has a certain reference significance for the traditional manufacturing and retail industries that innovated only with products or technology as a single factor before.
