| With the global economic integration,the development of science and technology innovation,the faster dissemination of information,competition among industries is becoming more and more fierce,the profitable and enviable time of the traditional manufacturing enterprises in the past is gone forever.Customer requirements are getting higher and higher,and the cost pressure is growing either.Enterprises worldwide have to start digging each potential "value-added links" while in improving their productivity.Procurement,as an important part of there links,has become a vital aspect of management very naturally.Therefore,the scientific and rational optimization and integration of the procurement management can provide the enterprise a new source of power and enhance its overall competitive strength.In view of the current market environment,this paper firstly introduces the basic theory of purchasing management and supply chain management,then takes the ZF company as the research objet combining with its current status of procurement management,reveals the existing problems in purchasing process and supplier management.The main research content following:(1)This paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of ZF company’s,analyzes some reasons and summarize from it.And then emphasizes the idea of supply chain management for ZF company.(2)Combined with supply chain environment of ZF company procurement management practice,based on the actual situation of ZF company,Under the supply chain environment,the procurement management of ZF company was optimization scheme was put forward.(3)It puts forward the idea of improving suppliers management by optimizing classified management of suppliers,and ameliorating suppliers’ performance evaluation andincentive policies.Then puts forward the safeguard for the optimization of purchasing management of ZF company under the supply chain environment,and analyzes the expected ettect.In short,we hope that through the implementation of these optimization programs,we can change the company’s traditional purchasing management ideas,to achieve the goal of sustainable cost down,improving product quality and on-time delivery rate,increasing the liquidity of enterprises.So as to respond to the users requirements more quickly,and can improve the market competitive advantage of ZF products.At the same time,I except the methods and experience in this paper can not only have positive utility for ZF company,but also should be make use for reference in other enterprises optimizing purchasing management under the supply chain. |
