Study On Stakeholder Relations Of Urban Sewage Projects

While the economy of Hanzhong City has been greatly developed,the superior geographical and ecological environment of Hanzhong City has also been polluted and destroyed to a certain extent.Although it is inevitable to cause certain pollution at the same time of economic development,the environmental problem is not a simple one.The construction of sewage treatment project in Puzhen of Hanzhong City can improve the ecological environment and the quality of life of residents.Therefore,it is a major issue concerning the development of people's livelihood to effectively promote the construction of sewage treatment project in Puzhen of Hanzhong City.However,the construction of sewage treatment projects involves the coordination of interests among designers,construction operators,social investors and governments.If the relationship among various stakeholders can be properly coordinated and managed,the construction and operation of the project can be promoted.If the relationship among various stakeholders can not be properly coordinated and managed,the construction and operation time of the whole project will be delayed.Low returns of stakeholders in the whole project may even damage the investment funds of social investors.Firstly,starting from the theoretical basis of combing the definition of stakeholders,the relationship between stakeholders and coordinating the relationship between stakeholders,this paper has a basic concept and classification of stakeholders,which is conducive to a deep discussion of the relationship between stakeholders in the stage of project management;secondly,combining with the project of sewage treatment plant in Shipu Town,Hanzhong City.Objective specific situation,respectively from the project planning stage,project implementation stage,project closure stage three stages of thecontradictions between the various stakeholders were analyzed,the causes of the contradictions between the various stakeholders,as well as the underlying contradictions.Finally,quantitative analysis of contradictions in different cases is carried out by using the method of chromatography to find out who has the greatest interest weight in the three contradictory relationships of the project planning stage,the project implementation stage and the project closing stage.With the greatest interest weight as the core,the corresponding coordinated management measures of stakeholders in different stages are given.Through the research of this paper,it is concluded that the contradiction between the designer and the social investor should be solved well in the project planning stage,and the key to solve the contradiction is the designer,and the contradiction between the stakeholders in the project planning stage can be solved by dealing with the problems of the designer,and the spear between the designer and the construction operator should be solved well in the project implementation stage.Shield,and at this stage to build operators as the key to the solution of contradictions,coordination of field construction should follow the instructions of construction operators,and guide the relevant relationship between designers and social investors;at the end of the project,we should focus on solving the contradictions between social investors and construction operators,and at this stage to social investors as the key to solve the contradictions.Considering the desire of social investors for investment returns,the relationship between the designer and the construction operator should be coordinated with the social investors as the center.In a word,the coordination of relations among social investors,designers and construction operators can not only satisfy the interests of various stakeholders,but also help to maximize the benefits of the overall project.
