If we build a factory that deals with the sewage in Wuzhou port industrial park, the risk and harm should not be ignored. This project will bring benefits for our social economic development, but at the same time, it may bring a lot of negative effects. So we should pay high attention to the risk to ensure that the project can be developed and implemented smoothly. Therefore, it is particularly important for the research of sewage treatment project’s risk management.This article is based on the analysis of the present situation of how to deal with the sewage in the industrial park. It aims to reduce the risk to guarantee to carry out the project smoothly. At the same time, it analysis the present situation of this project management and the main problems. This paper puts the comprehensive risk management ideas into the project risk management which is based on the theory and method of project risk management, thus it proposes some plans and risk monitoring methods that fit to this project in Wuzhou port industrial park.
