At present,China has increasingly strict requirements on production safety and environmental protection,and the petrochemical industry has taken full account of its own energy conservation and emission reduction,so the gas recovery unit has become an indispensable part of the petrochemical industry.If the gas collected by the gas recovery device has a high sulfur content,it cannot be used directly for heating furnace combustion.Moreover,the flue gas analyzer installed in the heating furnace is directly connected with the headquarters and the environmental protection departments of the local government online.Therefore,we need to desulphurize the gas and then use it.At the same time,the poor effect of gas desulfurization will directly affect the flue gas inspection of heating furnace.The torch device in the control system of the gas recovery unit can burn gas in the case of emergency in the refinery unit,reduce environmental pollution and protect the safety of the upstream unit.Therefore,the safe and stable operation of the control system of gas recovery device is very important.This paper takes the gas recovery control system of a petrochemical enterprise as the research object and mainly studies the following aspects:1.The process flow of gas recovery unit is deeply studied and analyzed,and the overall control idea is clarified.2.According to the requirements of control gas recovery control system is constructed,and from the comprehensive planning of the control system configuration,hardware configuration,software programming and data transmission several aspects discusses the AB in the application of gas recovery unit control system,and on the basis of the above process,the specific explained based on ABPLC control gas recovery system implementation.At the same time,the process data collection is realized through OPC technology,which ensures the real-time efficiency of the system communication.3.The control system of gas recovery device is optimized to ensure the improvement of gas recovery automation.After the control system of gas recoverydevice is upgraded,the operating system is more simple and convenient,and the system runs more smoothly.The fuzzy adaptive PID controller of desulfurization tower based on PLC is constructed with fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm,and the design of the controller is described in detail with emphasis.Finally,the fuzzy adaptive PID control of boiler based on PLC is realized.The results show that the gas recovery control system upgrade project adopted the most advanced process equipment and control system,through to the system upgrade,make after transforming the system safe and smooth operation of the device,the process control system and the accuracy of data transmission operation stability have been greatly improved,and achieved good economic and social benefits,for future upgrade has important reference significance to other similar system.
