| Electronic paste is a kind of electronic functional material used to manufacture various electronic components.In recent years,with the development of economic globalization,the electronic information industry is developing at a rapid speed.Those high-tech industries that rely on electronic paste increasingly need the support of higher performance electronic paste.The application of electronic paste in various fields is subject to the morphology and particle size of the conductive phase of electronic paste,which can be affected by various environmental factors in the preparation process.In order to provide a controllable environment for the preparation of conductive phase of electronic paste,a control system of controllable preparation device for conductive phase of electronic paste is designed in this paper,and the pH control was studied emphatically.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Determination of control parameters and control mode.By analyzing the preparation method of the conductive phase of the electronic slurry and the factors affecting the characteristics of the conductive phase in the preparation process,it is determined that the parameters such as the feeding speed,the stirring speed,the reaction temperature and the pH of the reaction solution in the preparation process need to be controlled,and the control mode of the parameters involved is designed,and the relevant hardware is selected.2.Study on pH control of reaction process.Through the analysis of the reaction mechanism and characteristics of the controlled object,combined with the experimental data,the mathematical model of the pH controlled process is established.A fuzzy PID compound control algorithm is used to control the pH of the reaction process,and MATLAB is used for simulation.The simulation results are compared with traditional PID control.The results show that the fuzzy PID compound control can better control the pH of the reaction process.3.Design of control system based on serial communication.In order to control the parameters involved in the reaction process,the system uses the computer to communicate with the corresponding lower computer through the serial port,and uses Visual Basic to write a comprehensive control program and interface of the electronic slurry controllable preparation system. |
