At present,the energy consumption in ammonia production industry is becoming more and more serious,and the waste of the hydraulic energy in copper washing process has drawn researchers' attention.Aiming at solving this problem,this research uses the energy recycle device of volumetric liquid pressure in the copper washing process,and makes an application study on the recycle system of the device operation.This thesis analyzes the energy recycle device of volumetric liquid pressure.Based on the analysis of copper washing production process and the research on the structure of recycle device,the working process of the hydraulic cylinder in the recycle system is designed,the overall design of the system is put forward.This thesis focuses on the design of the electrical control part of the system and formulates corresponding optimization control strategy.The main principle of control strategy is to reduce the impact of the copper liquid pressure change on the system.Namely,it adjusts pressure control and takes corresponding measures on the matching problem of the two hydraulic cylinders,as well as the operation time lapse between them.This system adopts frequency and speed control system to adjust the pressure flow,in which the control of frequency and speed by using the proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control algorithm is the key technology.This system analyzes the principle and the parameter setting method of PID regulator,and enables the recycle system to operate steadily through the regulation and control of recycle system pressure.According to control strategy proposed by the energy recycle system,this research designs the control system for the volumetric energy recycle device and studies the system process flow diagram,in which the PLC controller is the core of the system control.This research also introduces software programming of the system in detail and achieves the goal of intelligent control and stability by controlling the recycling system in each link of the work process.Using kingview software,this research designs the monitoring interface,data display interface and alarm interface of hydraulic energy recycle system.The introduction of the monitoring interface ensures the smooth operation of the system,which is useful to realize the intelligent monitoring function.It also introduces the various control indicators and the hardware configuration in the recycle system,designs the main circuit of the system.In addition,it carries on the preliminary installation and debugging of the device,in order to achieve its control function.The present research makes a list of the problems and its corresponding solutions in the debugging process,aiming to help the users solve the problems quickly.Finally,this research puts forward the idea of energy efficiency analysis of recycle devices,and introduces the proposed detection scheme.
