On the basis of Tang Shan Iron and Steel Company's 1260 Cubic metre blast furnace,in point of the demands of technology process of probing device,fuzzy control system for self-adjusting facotr based on AC speed regulating developed on the thesis.At first ,in the thesis the technology process of probing device and present control system are introduced simply.After that,the characteristc and principle of fuzzy control are expounded.And then,fuzzy control system based on AC speed regulating is put forward on the demands of system.Also the control system based on elemental fuzzy-controller is simulated,By simulation and compared with PID control ,the system still need to be improved.Finally,according to simulation results to be researched on above-mentioned,self-adjusting factor fuzzy-controller as the centre of the control system is put forward.The principle of self-adjusting is that fuzzy factor and propotion factor are modified online automatically according to the errors extent and error changes extend. Designed into an investigating form control system's run speed is improved.By simulation and compared with two method above-mentioned,the control system has such control quality as short rising –time,short adjusting-time and small over-volue.Therefore the control system is proved to be correct and possible.
