It has great significance and value on project to research on the automatic weighting system.In order to measure the total weight and the distribution of center of gravity of ocean configuration, it makes use of hydraulic pressure system moving the structure up and down synchronously, and then making use of the pressure-sensor and the coordinate of jack. However, because of some negative factors of hydraulic system, it is difficult to Confirming the result of the weighting.In order to meet the specific demands of weighting system, the paper studies and designs a kind of appropriate control strategy after it analyzes the require of hydraulic system, and then creates mathematic model of the hydraulic system. In this paper, it also introduces a new kind of control arithmetic, and confirms its rationality.1. A new method is formulated for weighting system, based on the specific demands of automatic weighting system of ocean configuration, which is suit for multipoint, and then the principle of the method is explained.2. Supervisory control system for automatic weighting system is designed, which is on the based of PROFIBUS.3. The math model of valve-controlled synchronous hydraulic cylinder module is established and analyzed, based on the main parts of hydraulic system of automatic weighting system. Utilizing the simulink toolbox of matlab, the simulations of the hydraulic system are carried out.4. Based on the theory of fuzzy logic, a new control strategy of fuzzy adaptive PID is formulated. The performance of the strategy is verified by engineering application. |
