There are several problems,one is the poor working conditions and frequent accidents of coal mine electromechanical equipment,the other is the difficulty of professional maintenance and low efficiency.With high production and high efficiency working face construction,the contradiction of field mining equipment is becoming more and more prominent.Because the level of maintenance personnel is limited or can not be place in time,the equipment is difficult to maintain effectively,which leads to the shutdown and huge economic losses.The traditional maintenance methods of mine equipment have some problems,such as the lack of intuitive acquisition of maintenance knowledge,the large dependence on people,the lack of timely expert maintenance guidance and so on.The methods of Digital Twin(DT)-driven maintenance instruction process and Mixed Reality(MR)to connect maintenance site with virtual guidance process to achieve virtual maintenance guidance and remote expert guidance of complex system maintenance technology,has attracted wide attention in the industry,and may become the best strategy to solve the above problems.A guidance method for complex maintenance of mine electromechanical equipment with digital twin MR is proposed.An integrated method of DT with MR for maintenance guidance of electromechanical equipment is proposed.By studying the MR aided maintenance model,technical framework and enabling technology,it is of great significance to improve the ability of complex fault maintenance by promoting the fusion of reality and virtual maintenance environment,bidirectional mapping,simulation pre-warning,which realize the visual aided maintenance guidance of electromechanical equipment.To solve the problems of miscellaneous components,complex maintenance process and various guiding processes,the maintenance behavior model of mine equipment based on fault tree analysis is proposed.By studying and summarizing the fault mechanism of mining equipment,it lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the whole system,and also improves the efficiency of the system development.The methods are to establish the failure model of the equipment by fault tree analysis,analyze the maintenance behavior according to the key failure factors of the target equipment,and establish the effective maintenance behavior tree model.To solve the problems of flow expression and visual guidance in the process of aided maintenance guidance,the prototype system of aided maintenance guidance for mining equipment based on DT with MR is proposed,which promotes the fusion of physical and virtual maintenance space.The development environment of MR simulation is developed,andThe fusion effect between physical and virtual environment of MR 3D registration based images and natural feature points is improved.To realize the flow expression of fault maintenance guidance process for mine equipment,the standard schematic diagram is designed and the virtual simulation segment of maintenance guidance flow matching typical process is formed.To solve the problems of inadequate information interaction in the aided guidance of equipment maintenance,the DT-driven virtual-real-space data feedback technology is proposed.From three aspects of equipment fault data interaction,MR human-computer interaction and remote expert online interaction,this paper realizes the bidirectional mapping,simulation re-warning between virtual and physical maintenance space,to achieve the goal of real-time fault maintenance guidance under the monitoring of equipment running state data.Finally,the experimental platform for DT-driven aided guigance system of mine equipment maintenance using MR is built with the fault of rocker arm transmission system of electric traction shearer as the object,to verify the real-time maintenance guidance function of system.Results show that maintenance personnel wearing a HoloLens glasses can independently complete the maintenance process according to the instructions of the virtual aided maintenance system,and maintenance personnel can call maintenance knowledge and request remote expert guidance at any time.It is of great significance and application value to solve the complex fault maintenance in bad environment or emergency scene by completing the maintenance operation according to the intuitive fault maintenance guidance process.
