| Coal resources play a dominant role in China’s energy structure.Under the limit of energy structure transformation and China’s ecological environment capacity,the transformation of the mining industry is a general trend.In the past,excessive and wasted coal mining has caused tremendous damage to the environment.With the development of computer,information,communication and other technologies,Digital mine came into being.Visualization of virtual reality is a bridge for the interaction of “digital mines”.This paper applied virtual reality technology to mining engineering and established a virtual reality interactive platform for mine.The platform has great significance in the fields of mine visualization management and intelligentized mining.The main research results of the paper are as follows:(1)The virtual reality space positioning technology and interaction principle was studied in-depth,this paper proposed the development process of the virtual reality interactive platform for the mine production system based on the HTC Vive virtual reality HMD,and the development of realistic mine production virtual environment with Unity3 D software and its global illumination technology was accomplished.(2)The sandbox model of the mine production system was established,and the mine production system sandbox virtual reality interactive application was developed using Unity3 D game engine.The interaction function of mine production system sandbox was implemented using Unity3 D built-in UGUI interface interaction system,the program allows the user to establish an overall understanding of the mine production system.(3)The development of virtual reality interactive application program for mine production system was completed,the virtual reality human-computer interaction technology was studied.The role movement function and equipment interaction function were implemented.The program provides technical basis for the visual research of underground mine gas monitoring,underground pressure monitoring,mine production management,mine practice teaching and mine production training.(4)The development of the navigation system was achieved through the spatial position transformation algorithm.The system can accurately display the user’s location in the navigation system based on the user’s position in the mine.The navigation system technology can be used to visualize the underground mine personnel positioning,personnel movement records,etc.to improve the mine safety management level. |
