The deep sea pipeline maintenance technology is complex,and the engineering risk and the cost are high.Before the on-site installation,effective training of the operators has always been an urgent problem to be solved.The submarine pipeline maintenance and repair virtual reality simulation technology can provide technical support for the maintenance and repair training of deep-sea oil and gas pipelines.Therefore,it is very urgent to study the virtual reality simulation technology for submarine pipeline maintenance.By studying the principle and method of digital model acquisition,selecting the appropriate model data structure and modeling software platform,this paper proposes a virtual reality digital model development logic relationship and simulation development process.The Vortex dynamic solution method based on the results of finite element analysis is proposed,which solves the problem of large dynamic solution error of Vortex marine environment.A kinematic model of the structure in the deep-sea environment was established.The ANSYS CFX finite element tool is used to analyze the fluid-solid coupling of structures in the marine environment,and the relationship between the marine environment and the resistance-velocity curve of the structure is obtained,and the least square method is used to fit the mathematical relationship.This paper analyzes the process flow of maintenance and repair of deep seabed pipelines,and proposes the selection principle of non-stop production maintenance tools for submarine pipelines.The overall development framework and hardware construction layout of a virtual reality system are designed.The virtual reality model is built by using Multi Gen Creator,Vega Prime and Vortex software tools.The virtual workflow of the non-stop production of the virtual reality system of the submarine pipeline and the non-stop production of the deep seabed pipeline are obtained.
