The intellectualization of manufacturing industry has gradually become the trend of the world industrial development.So,many countries have proposed related strategics according to the trend of the world industrial development,aiming to avoid falling behind in the fourth industrial revolution.In this case,China has formulated the national action program of "Made in China 2025" to plan the development direction of the manufacturing industry.Among them,digital twins technology,as an emerging technology that "integrates the virtual and the real",perfectly fits the content and target of intelligent manufacturing industry,so it has gradually become the focus of study.Based on numerical control machine as the research object,combined with digital twin technology,this study completed the overall design of a CNC machine digital twins modeling,digital twins modeling of CNC machine tools,overall design of virtual-real interactive monitoring system,and virtual-real interactive monitoring system based on remote control panel,as well as five parts of the verification and realization of digital twins,specific work is as follows:The concept and composition of the digital twins technology of CNC machine tools is definited firstly,and then the clear,accurate and necessary connections between multi-disciplinary,multi-parameter CNC machine tools and multi-coupled,multi-linear digital twins are checked.On this basis,the functions of digital twins technology applied to CNC machine tools are analyzed and summarized,and the combination of CNC machine tools and digital twins are provided a goal;the key problems caused by the realization of the digital twins functions of CNC machine tools are analyzed and solved.The characteristics of digital twins technology are combined,the overall demand framework of digital twins of CNC machine tools is designed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research content of this article.On the basis of the overall demand framework,in view of the problem that the digital twins of the CNC machine tool established by the ideal design model does not match the physical model due to the surface information and pose parameters of the physical solid machine tool during the assembly process,the use of the delaunay triangulation method and the regional mesh growth method of three-dimensional reconstruction technology is applied in the digital twins virtual modeling,a machine tool holder part is taken as an example,and the point cloud data and threedimensional reconstruction are extracted and optimized,the reconstruction the latter virtual model is used as a digital twins,which verifies the feasibility of the method.At the same time,the overall design of the virtual-real interactive monitoring system for CNC machine tools based on digital twins technology is carried out,as well as the objectives and principles of the virtual-real interactive monitoring system are determined,then the composition and architecture of the virtual-real interactive monitoring system are designed.It further the key technologies and main functions derived are analyzed from the goals and principles,and a solid theoretical support for the realization of the virtual-real interactive monitoring system is provided.Finally,the remote control panel of the virtual and real interactive monitoring system is designed and implemented.A certain type of CNC machine tools is taken as an example,the virtual model,motion model and data transmission of the digital twins are realized,which the construction of the digital twins of the CNC machine tool and the feasibility of the model are proved.And the vibration signal of a certain type of CNC machine tools is taken as an example,A framework diagram of the realization process of the digital twins of a CNC machine tool is designed.the remote monitoring function of the virtual and real interactive monitoring system one-dimensional data,two-dimensional charts,and three-dimensional are realized,the joint monitoring of the model greatly the immersion of the operator are improved.
