| With the development of related technologies, the CNC machining and simulating technology has developed and improved continuously. From computer simulating, virtual reality to augmented reality, the introduction of computer graphics and machine vision leads the CNC machining and simulating technology to a new era. As a result, the CNC machining system can be adapted to the market competition of new situation in the fields of product-developing time, cost and quality.Firstly, this thesis reviews the characteristic of virtual reality and augmented reality and their applications in engineering industry. Then analyzes the characteristic and disadvantages of the virtual CNC system. Meanwhile, the importance of the CNC machining system based on augmented reality (ANC) is put forward. Based on the analysis of augmented reality's technologies (helm displaying and virtual registration) and system, the framework of an ANC system is brought out and the key implementing technologies are described.The virtual registration technology is one of the key technologies to implement the ANC system. This thesis focuses on the implementing measure of the virtual registration, discusses the virtual registration algorithms, analyzes the implementing procedure and proposes a series of algorithms (including image processing, characteristic detecting and entity recognizing) according to actual environment. With this basis the tracing and position detecting courses and affine transformation are discussed. In the end, the mergence of real and virtual information is probed into.Finally, an application instance is used to account for the actual implementing procedure of an ANC system, the developing platform, procedure and key codes are also included. |
