Intangible Cultural Heritage Cultural Communication Research Of Enamel Based On Service Design

Objective: To study the intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as ICH)from the perspective of service design in the context of Internet digitalization--an APP designed for enamel culture communication.Only under the circumstance of its wide spread among the masses can enamel truly reflect its value,which is the best inheritance and protection for enamel.Method: first of all,some relevant research theories on service design and ICH are combed,providing a solid foundation for the following research.Then four aspects about enamel are illuminated here----the historical development and status,the craft characteristics,the cultural values,and the spreading situation and the existing problems.The transmission value of enamel and the meaning of the spread of the subject research are also clarified.The present situation of enamel’s spread and its development problems are analyzed.What comes next is to focus on the study about enamel culture communication strategy and improvement from the perspective of service design.With the trend of ICH digitalization as the background,outstanding APP works of cultural creation are selected to analyze the characteristics of their interaction and APPlication,and to integrate the APP information structure and its visual design rules.Several channels of communication which get involves in the Internet more frequently are also mentioned to improve emanel cultural transmission.Finally,through the service design,role construction and thinking method for the service design of scenario simulation,the paper analyzes the users’ needs of enamel culture communication and proposes a compound communication strategy.We focus on the representation of the design practice of the APP for enamel culture museum: making use of the service details of the APP for blueprint designing;based on the preliminary survey,the users’ demand analysis and service process,the system architecture of APP was established;finally,the specific functions are presented in the interface prototype diagram.Conclusion: by combining the traditional art of enamel with the digital information technology and mobile terminal,the APP is to be spread in the Internet age to the maximum extent.The APP design should not only integrate traditional elements,but also fully integrate the product function,user experience and interface interaction effect,so as to convey the connotation of this ICH.
